It can be a nerving process, especially since you will
invest money in one or more items and really have no idea what the end product will look like
Once again, first and foremost our main goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
We only consider a order to be completed once we know that you are absolutely happy with the final product.
If we make a mistake on your order or if there is a defect in the fabric or workmanship, we will replace the item at our cost as quickly as possible.
please remember that all items we fabricate for you are custom made to your specifications including the fabric you select and measurements you give us, therefore, we can only accept returns for defects caused by us.
If you notice a defect, you must contact us within 7 days of product delivery. We guarantee that we will do our best on your order and produce a beautifully finished product at a more than fair price.
Terms & Conditions
Before we start working on any order
there will be a (at times) lengthy e-mail exchange between yourself and Deutscher Design.
We want to make sure that all of your questions
and concerns are answered.
Therefore we actually prefer you asking us a lot of questions - the more the better!
This process will help us
>> getting to know you better >> the things you like, what it is you are trying to re-decorate
or help guide you to find the right style for you .....
We also like when you send us pictures!
>> Pictures of the room(s) that you are re-decorating.
This can be a tremendous help for us - we can much better assist you when we know what your room looks like
Normal lead time can about 25 business days once a custom order is placed and payment and all necessary materials needed to complete a job are received.
However we also believe in making exceptions to the rule, so if you have a deadline that you need to meet just let us know and we will certainly work with you.
Jobs are completed on a first come, first serve basis and will be put on our schedule again once the order is placed and all materials necessary to make the
custom item are received.
Until then a completion date can not be guaranteed.
This is subject to change at any time. Upcoming holidays, large jobs, back orders and flaws with fabric may extend lead times.
We keep some fabric in stock....
However since there are so many different beautiful fabric variations available we actually prefer not to have our customers limit themselves by only offering a certain designer or fabric vendor, therfore we listed a few
on-line fabric vendor links for you.
There are way to many great vendors to list them all on our site so if you don't see your fabric just let us know and we will try our best to assist you in finding that certain fabric item that you like so much and while looking for your fabric we like to make sure that we can find the one that your wallet will like also...
Of course you can use your own fabric.
If you prefer to use your own just let us know so we can make sure that we will adjust the price for your custom item accordingly.
Also, to be sure that you will send enough fabric for your project check our yardage chart
or simply send us a e-mail and we will have every detail figured out for you in no time.
most of our products are custom made according to your specifications therefore any custom made items are non=refundable
If something seems incorrect you should contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and we will make every effort to correct it to your satisfaction.

All of our items are custom items made to your specifications; therefore the order cannot be canceled once the down payment is collected.
Exceptions are made if we notify you that your fabric is on back order. In the case of a back order, you can wait for your fabric to arrive,
let us help you select a new fabric or receive a full refund.
All Fabrics are purchased from various on line vendors who have their own return policy which may be different from our policy,
however defective fabric will be replaced.
